It is good practice to assess previous suppliers' documents, training and report findings at the commencement of a new contract. This provides the best outcomes when transitioning from your previous provider to Prensa. A Prensa Consultant can conduct a gap analysis audit to ensure the existing documentation is fully compliant with the legislation and Australian Standard AS 3745:2010 – ‘Planning for emergencies in facilities’. This can also provide a priority of requirements in scheduling the visits to allow as reasonably practical ongoing compliance. A report can be compiled with all findings and recommendations.
