Emergency Management Services


In accordance with AS3745:2010 each relevant site must have an Emergency Plan that becomes the main document for the site. This plan is developed based on identification and analysis of potential emergencies likely to impact the site, an external assembly area risk assessment and on policies developed by the Emergency Planning Committee (EPC).

Prensa can assist the EPC and the site’s personnel to maintain, and where necessary, produce the emergency plan for the site. The Emergency Plan incorporates the following:

  • Emergency Planning Committee Members, contact numbers, and EPC Minutes from meetings
  • Warden Registers
  • Emergency Response Procedures
  • Training Program
  • Evacuation Diagrams
  • Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans  (PEEP’s) for occupants and visitors with a disability, and
  • Any other document pertinent to the treatment of emergencies on site
