Prensa is a national risk management consultancy firm which services clients throughout Australia. We specialise in providing occupational health and safety, environmental management and property risk advice to our clients.
We are currently looking for a part-time administration assistant to join our team in Milton. This position will see you managing our reception area and supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Experience working in an office environment is preferable though not essential.
What will you do?
- Answering, screening and distributing all incoming calls;
- Meeting and greeting clients, suppliers and visitors;
- Liaising with our travel manager for any Queensland travel needs;
- Organising emails, couriers, stationary and office supplies;
- Data entry and database management;
- Assisting with clerical and administrative tasks such as scanning, filing and formatting documents;
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate….
- Possess a sound level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom and Microsoft Teams)
- Demonstrate strong communicative skills, in both verbal and written English;
- A strong sense of teamwork and working well with others; and
- Possess excellent planning and organisational skills.
