
Prensa is a national risk management consultancy firm which services clients throughout Australia. With a team of over 275, we specialise in providing occupational health and safety, environmental management and property risk advice to our clients.
As Prensa continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic People & Culture Coordinator to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to various HR functions while supporting the People & Culture Manager. You will play a key role in delivering a range of services that impact the entire employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, reference checking and handling candidate communication;
- Overseeing the onboarding process, including managing the new hire documentation;
- Schedule and deliver internal inductions;
- Overseeing the offboarding process, including exit interviews;
- Assist with administering and tracking the probationary periods;
- You will collect and compile information, prepare documentation and correspondence during on boarding which is in line with the quality management system (ISO9001) and our organisational requirements;
- Assist with the training initiatives, which includes record keeping and scheduling relevant sessions; and
- Maintain and understand the establishment of induction tickets on multiple external provider platforms.
Ideally you will bring :
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities;
- Strong work ethic and a team player with a “can do” attitude;
- 1-2 years of strong administration experience (Previous HR support is a plus but not essential);
- Training will be provided for the successful candidate with a handover period to ensure success in the role; and
- Previous recruitment experience, including talent sourcing and selection is advantageous but not essential.
