The business has over 280 consultants working out of offices in most Australian States and provides a range of Risk Management services including health and safety, environment, occupational hygiene, hazardous materials and emergency management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prensa continues to grow our team of experienced Contaminated Land consultants, and we are looking for passionate Consultants to assist in delivering exciting projects across New South Wales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Are you?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a forward-thinking, motivated Contaminated Land consultant, then we are keen to speak with you. To be successful in this role, you will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Highly motivated and have the ability to engage with clients one-on-one;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driven to progress your career and develop technically;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapidly develop into a Principal or Managing Consulting Role; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident in your ability to deliver innovative solutions and outstanding service to our clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Roles Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The diverse role will focus on consulting in the field of Contaminated Land Management (CLM), including:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contaminated land, surface water, and groundwater assessments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental due diligence assessments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Landfill gas monitoring projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of remediation projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of environmental management plans;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and develop strong client relationships;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with regulators, contaminated land auditors, and local government to deliver positive outcomes for all project stakeholders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare detailed reports and technical documents, including Preliminary and Detailed Site Investigations, Remediation Action Plans, Validation reports, and proposals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong resource management skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget whilst retaining high quality; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train and mentor junior staff, advancing their technical field and written capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How can I succeed in this role?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To succeed in this role, you should meet the following key skills and requirements:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tertiary education (Bachelor\u2019s degree or above) in environmental science, soil\/agricultural soil science, engineering, or other relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum five years\u2019 consulting experience, specialising in the assessment and\/or management of contaminated land.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed understanding of the relevant New South Wales regulatory framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management skills, including engaging subcontractors, managing health and safety requirements, and invoicing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A working knowledge of ESdat, ProUCL applications;
