The chosen candidate will deliver engaging and knowledgeable Emergency Management (EMS) consulting services to our clients at their site location.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The applicant must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion for teaching\/training, and the ability to work both autonomously and thrive as part of the wider EMS and Prensa team. This role may require regular interstate\/intrastate travel, typically for one week per month. This role is full-time and is suitable for a budding trainer to kick-start their career or a mature aged Consultant looking for a strong team to work with!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The role will include:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The provision of training sessions at client sites in emergency procedures for Wardens and Chief Wardens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The facilitation of evacuation exercises of buildings and sites;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting site audits and developing documentation for new sites;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>End-to-end consulting opportunities including initial client onboarding, training program liaison, and delivery, being responsible for your own admin\/reporting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical consultancy to all clients; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client relationship management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The successful candidate must have:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A keen desire to train and the ability to make training interesting and interactive;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An energetic and knowledgeable presentation style;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to quickly learn new systems and new standards (all taught on the job);&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to obtain TAE Training &amp; Assessment qualifications;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A positive, can-do, solutions-based attitude;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient knowledge of AV, Teams and Zoom;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current Australian Driver\u2019s License;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Australian or NZ Citizenship who currently has or is able to obtain Working with Children\u2019s Check &amp; Police Check.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;Additional skills and experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A background in emergency management or fire related experience preferred but not essential;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident and natural ability to speak publicly;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<strong>Other benefits:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We pride ourselves on having a dynamic, inclusive and diverse workforce.
